Sandra and Dave are getting married April 19th in Langley!

Dave really wanted a nature look to these photos, and Sandra was happy no matter where we went, so we met at Mill Lake in Abbotsford for a sunny Sunday afternoon! There was a little chill in the air and these guys were cool as cucumbers in front of the camera! It took a little coaxing to get a smile from Dave but once they started to cuddle up to each other, he didn’t seem to have a problem! Just look at that grin!

We had a total blast, its been a while since I’ve laughed like that! We were giggling at just about everything, jeez, its almost like we were having FUN!!! :)

I can’t wait for your wedding guys, thank you SO much for letting me be a part of your special day!

Hey Everyone! I am going to have a lot to post over the next few days: last night I went to see Xavier Rudd play at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, on Thursday Grit and I went to the Vancouver Aquarium, and tomorrow I have an engagement session!

I was playing around today with some of my older photos that I took while working on the cruise ships and I thought they would make a really cool slideshow. I have tons of photos from travelling so I am going to have to split them up into a few smaller ones. This one has some photos from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Italy, Panama Canal, New Caledonia (my favorite place on the planet thus far)…

This is my humble attempt at making cutesy Heart-Shaped Pancakes…

thoughts? (other than “Don’t quit your day job, MIKE!”) :)

Where the heck did all this wind come from?! I bought a new lens yesterday and really wanted to head to the beach today and test it out… so wind or no wind, I was going!

But WOW! 60-90km/hour winds, and the waves were HUGE! Well, not BIG big, but I personally haven’t seen them this high in White Rock ever! Grit and I went out withour jackets bundled up and toques on, and practically blew away! I took quite a few gloomy shots but I really like how they ended up!

I thought I would share them with you, let me know what you think!
